Tell us your love story. How did you meet?

We met in town, however Dannica made the first move and added Danny on Facebook but he messaged every day thereafter.

The Proposal – him or her? Was it a surprise?

Danny proposed on the steps of Graceland on our USA trip in 2018. Dannica is a massive Elvis fan, so it made the proposal extra special.

Where did you spend your honeymoon?

Vietnam

Why did you choose Earlando? Was there something that made it stand out from the other venues for you?

We paid the deposit before seeing the venue. The first photo we saw was the aerial view of the beach and that was followed by a photo of the wedding pavilion and we knew this was the place where we had to get married.

Did you have a theme to your wedding/wedding styling? What inspired this?

Tropical Eclectic- the scenery describes the theme! When we first went to Earlando we felt very relaxed and wanted to keep the styling natural and minimalist due to the stunning scenery.

What was your favourite part of your wedding?

EVERYTHING!

Tell us a funny story about your wedding day/wedding planning!

We organised a limo to take us back to Airlie beach after the wedding. However, when it was time for us to leave, we didn’t want the party to end so jumped on one the guest buses. Luckily, other guests took our spot in the limo and enjoyed a luxurious ride home.

Do you have any advice to future Earlando wedding couples?

When people tell you it’s the best day ever, believe it! Earlando is an absolute dream.

Thank you again to Ben and Teena (Earlando owners) and all the other vendors who helped us through a somewhat stressful time a few weeks before the wedding! We can’t thank you guys enough and will forever be grateful x
