WILDFIRE – Event Terms and Conditions

This ticket is sold by Earlando Whitsundays Pty Ltd (ABN 49899801182) who are responsible for the WILDFIRE event.

The following conditions are both for sale, entry and attendance at the event.

  1. ‘You’, ’your’ and ‘yourself’ refers to the customer. ‘We’, ‘us’, ‘our’ ‘Wildfire’ and ‘Event Organiser’ refers to Earlando Whitsundays and the property ‘Earlando’ and all of it’s participating contractors, staff and authorised persons.
  2. The following terms and conditions must be read and accepted prior to the purchase of your and your invitees tickets to the event.

Ticketing

  1. All bookings and ticket purchases are non-transferable and may not be sold on to a third party by yourself. All tickets are assigned upon booking and and persons without a assigned ticket will be refused entry to the event. Tickets are valid for ‘WILDFIRE’ only.

Food

  1. We reserve the right to change/modify the set menu should we need to in accordance with seasonal availabilities. Our best efforts will be made to stick to the advertised menu offered.

Drinks

  1. Earlando is a licensed venue and we have a strict a NO BYO policy. Anyone found bringing drinks onto the premises will be asked to leave immediately and a taxi will be arranged for them at their own personal cost.

Refund Policy

  1. No refund or exchange of ticket will be given except in accordance with the applicable Live Performance Australia code of practice for Event Ticketing – www.liveperformance.com.au.
  2. In the event of inclement weather, we reserve the right to cancel and refund the ticket price to you if we deem necessary. If we deem the weather to be fit for the event, NO REFUNDS will be given should you wish not to attend.
  3. There will be no refund on tickets if you or you invitees are asked or forced to leave the venue.

Entry

  1. The right of admission is reserved and is subject to our terms of admission. Entry is via a ticket based system. No ticket will result in a refusal of entry to the event.
  2. ID may be requested at anytime to prove legal age for purchase of alcoholic beverages and must be shown upon request to event staff.
  3. A search of your person/ personal belongings may be required at anytime by event staff. Any item the event organisers consider to be used in an illegal or offensive manner may be confiscated. Refusal to consent a search will result in refusal of entry to the event, without refund.
  4. Guests will be transported to and from the event by bus at designated pick up points to be advised prior to the event by the event organisers. Only guests who arrive on the designated bus will be allowed entry to the event.
  5. Any persons arriving by their own vehicle will be refused entry to the event.
  6. We do not except any liability should you miss the bus transfer to the event and no refunds shall be issued.

Audio and Visual

  1. Any photographs taken at the event must be used for private purposes only. By attending the event, you consent to being included in any film and/or sound recordings and photographs which may be taken by the event organisers and agree for these recordings to be used by the event coordinator for future marketing material.

Liability

  1. We do not accept liability of any nature for the acts, omissions or default of any external suppliers used during the event.
  2. You enter the private property ‘Earlando’ at you own risk. Neither we, nor any external suppliers used for the event, will not be held accountable, nor accept liability for any injury, damage, loss, delay or any other additional expenses which are incurred at or in association with the event or your entry on the property. Any personal property/items are brought onto the premises at your own risk.
  3. You will be liable for any loss or damage caused at the event by you or your invitees.

Conduct

  1. You and your invitees must act in a correct and orderly manner at all times whilst at the event and on the premises. Any person deemed by the event organisers to be intoxicated, disorderly, offensive, threatening or acting in any inappropriate manner will be not be permitted entry to the event/will be asked to immediately leave the premises.
  2. The event is open to all ages. Any minors under the ages of 15 are required by law to be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times. Children who behave in a disorderly, disruptive or inappropriate manner may be asked, at the discretion of the event organisers, to leave with their family.

Alcohol, smoking, and illegal substances

  1. As mentioned above ‘WILDFIRE’ is a licensed event. Any persons wishing to consume alcohol must have photographic ID, which must be provided upon request. We reserve the right to evict persons who disobey or break Responsible Service of Alcohol legislation and the law.
  2. Any person found suppling alcohol to minors will be evicted immediately and will face criminal charges
  3.  Any person found suppling or consuming elicit drugs will be evicted from the premises and face criminal charges.
  4. A smoking area will be defined at the event. You and you invitees must smoke only within the limits of the designated smoking area and must use the ashtrays provided.

Privacy

  1. In order to purchase your ticket, we may need to collect and keep personal information about you. This information will not be shared with any third parties.

General

  1. 1. No BYO food, alcohol or drinks will be admitted to the venue.
  2. No animals are permitted at the event.
  3. Any breach of any of these terms and conditions will entitle the event organisers to evict the ticket holder from the venue, without refund and at the ticket holder’s personal cost.
  4. By purchasing a ticket to the event, you and your invitees agree and accept all of the above terms and conditions in full.
