Bec and Joe

Tell us your love story.  How did you meet?

Joe and I were both on a night out with friends, after many, many drinks we met randomly at McGuires. Before the night was over Joe told me he would end up marrying me… 4 years later, here we are!

The Proposal – him or her?  Was it a surprise?

Joe surprised me one night after work, I got home and in the dining room was the biggest bunch of flowers and a card. The card said ‘Will you Marry Me?’  I turned around and Joe was on one knee with the most beautiful ring. Of course I said YES!!

Where did you spend your honeymoon?

We spent a beautiful week in Airlie Beach.

Why did you choose Earlando?  Was there something that made it stand out from the other venues for you?

We chose Earlando for its beautiful location. Joe wanted a beach wedding and I wanted a country wedding with lots of cows. Earlando, for us was Perfection.

Did you have a theme to your wedding/wedding styling?  What inspired this?

Our wedding had a very relaxed Boho feel.

What was your favourite part of your wedding?

We loved the entire day. Ben and Teena were the perfect hosts. Having photos with Beautiful Bella the Cow was a highlight.

Tell us a funny story about your wedding day/wedding planning!

Our Beautiful daughter Olive who is 3 was supposed to be the flower girl and throw rose petal as the Bridesmaids and I walked in. Instead, she fell asleep in the limo on the way to Earlando and slept through the entire ceremony.
